Golfing Format for Charity Golf Day

The following golfing competitions will take place with maximum 28 handicap for men and maximum 36 handicap for ladies and in accordance with Stableford Rules.

  • Gentlemen tee off from the yellow tees and Ladies from the red tees

  • Team Competition: The best three net scores will be recorded for each hole to determine the team with the highest overall score.

  • Yellow Ball Competition: A Yellow Ball will be supplied and used in turn by all members of the team following the same order of team members throughout the competition.

    The net scores are recorded for each hole. Any team not returning the yellow ball supplied is automatically disqualified from this competition

  • Individual Competition: There will be separate prizes for Ladies and Gentlemen for the highest net scores. In the case of identical scores a count back of the last 9 holes will determine the winner.

  • Longest Drive: There will be prizes for the longest drive for Ladies and for Gentlemen on Hole 9

  • Nearest to the Pin: There will be one prize for nearest to the pin on Hole 17 (Lady or Gentleman)
